The first mill lived in a garage. The day it needed to check a bolt-hole pattern, the choice was a CMM that would not fit, or pin gauges, trig and an afternoon of hoping. The machine that cut the pattern knew exactly where those holes were; it just had no way to say so. That is how BluSpot started, and why parts here are checked against the drawing before they ship.

Today the shop runs a Hurco VM10Ui 5-axis, programs in Autodesk Fusion, inspects to your drawing, and supplies a first-article report on request. It is just one person right now, and that is a feature: the person quoting your part is the one programming, machining and measuring it.
